We are committed to offering support in a friendly and professional manner on a timely basis.

Support

Our hours of support are from 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Clients have two ways of contacting us for support, either by phone 336-724-5050 or via email. Clients can get their questions answered via one-on-one telephone conversations or by written response via email, depending on the situation and their preference.

Upgrades

Crocodile Solutions is committed to continuous improvements in each of our software lines. This means that when form templates are changed, we work to quickly update our software and we also work to incorporate our client's good suggestions into our programs. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our software and to better meet the needs of our customers.
