Our History

Crocodile Consulting, Inc. was formed in 2000 to offer law firms case & practice management software as well as management consulting services in marketing, advertising, financial analysis, and administration. The company helps organizations to adapt and thrive in the increasingly paperless legal world.

 

As demand for the company's software applications grew, Crocodile Solutions, LLC was formed in 2010 to concentrate the product side of the company on existing application development and support as well as new product design. It will launch the first Software-as-a-Service SSD application, called Disability Specialist Wings^®, in 2011.

 

Crocodile's clients benefit from a company that combines the services of experienced law office consultants with the opportunity to adopt powerful software tools to help manage their law offices. Additionally, due to Crocodile's legal background, they understand the confidentiality needs of law firms and see the benefit of developing and maintaining their software programs entirely in-house by utilizing their own software developers and technical staff.

 

President's Profile

Leonard Caldwell, president of Crocodile Consulting, Inc. and founder of Crocodile Solutions, LLC, has over 30 years of business experience including four start-ups in the U.S. and in Europe. For 10 years he served as business & administrative manager for a large, multi-office law firm in North Carolina overseeing the practice's accounting, marketing and advertising functions.

 

While there, Mr. Caldwell came to realize the evolving needs of a modern law practice and developed tools to improve their efficiency, expand their client base, and dramatically improve their profitability. He designed and developed two separate case and practice management software programs to maintain information on clients and their cases. These products have evolved into leading commercial applications, now called Case Partner^® and Disability Specialist^®, and he and his team of developers at Crocodile Solutions have added a third web-based program to their product line, Disability Specialist Wings^®.

 

Mr. Caldwell has received several Appreciation Awards for his volunteer work for the Children's Camp associated with Hospice. In addition he instructs students in competition driving for the Audi and BMW clubs in North America.
